We're aware of an issue potentially affecting a small number of instant triggers, and we are currently investigating it.
The issue has started approximately around 05:18 UTC on August 29th, where some hooks have experienced delays or have not been delivered as expected. This has resulted in some Zaps not triggering.
We are actively debugging the affected systems and monitoring the number of missed hooks,
